We have just acquired this mixed-use building with a long term tenant (Day Lewis Pharmacy) occupying the ground floor. There are 2 apartments above that are going to be converted to a 6-bedroom boutique HMO. This is an old building that is already showing some challenges with rotten structural beams, large internal wall cracks and access issues. We have a new interior designer on board so we are all super excited to see the finish.
