We have been granted planning permission to build 11 luxury houses on a brown belt plot in North Yorkshire. The houses will be packed with eco credentials from being highly insulated, solar PV, air source underfloor heating, live green walls and triple glazing. We will posting updates as the project progresses.

This is a group of 12 properties that we have acquired comprising of a mix of 4 terrace houses, 5 apartments and 3 commercial units. The properties have been vacant for a number of years and have experienced fire damaged and water ingress. We will be bringing these back up to a high standard whilst redeveloping the courtyard and garage.

The Old Auction House

We have acquired an 18th Century listed building in Batley that for the past 20+ years has been used as an auction house. Plans have been submitted to the local Council to convert the property into 22 studio apartments.

Albion House Redevelopment

The redevelopment of a derelict site to deliver 9 quality family homes in a private cul de sac. This is a mix of two, three and four bedroom properties. The homes are designed to be sympathetic to the local vernacular with modern facilities.

Stanley Street Redevelopment

On an old industrial site a cluster of 7 family homes comprising of townhouses and detached properties. Wilkinson Developments worked closely with BMDC to gain the best development potential taking into consideration the difficult access issues.
