Property we bought that needed a full back to brick renovation. This is now a 6 bedroom luxury HMO with a self contained SA flat.

This property was bought from a bank repossession in a really sorry state. We stripped it back to brick and fully renovated the property turning it into a beautiful 6 bedroom HMO.

This property had been on the market for some time as the seller had bought the property at the peak before the 2007-2008 crash and now it was selling for less than what he paid for it. We managed to structure a deal that suited both him and his wife to acquire the property and leave him able to settle his debts.

The property however required a fairly light renovation with new bathrooms, kitchen, plastering and decorating etc.
